GateNQ

For Philippine subdivisions

The guardhouse logbook, without the guesswork.

Residents send their guests a pass. The guard scans it, or asks the home with one tap. The HOA gets a clean record of everyone who came in, and the gate keeps working when the internet doesn't.

Nothing to install. It opens in the phone's browser.

WELCOME

How it works

One Saturday at the main gate

No new routine for anyone. The guard still checks, the visitor still leaves an ID, and the HOA still keeps a log. The difference is that every step is quick, and every entry ends up written down.

Main gate · Saturday Guard on duty: Rey
  1. Tita Nena Santos · B1-L3QR pass
  2. Lalamove rider · B2-L7Home said yes
  3. J&T courier · roundPass 07
  4. Ramos Renovation · B1-L3Work pass
  5. Visitor for B4-L1Asking the home

  1. Maria sends her aunt a pass

She picks a day, types a name and shares the QR code on Messenger. Tita Nena doesn't need an account.

  2. Rey scans it at the gate

The tablet says who she is, which home, and that today is a valid day. Rey lets her through and the entry is logged.

  3. A rider with no pass

Rey taps Ask Resident. Maria's phone shows who is at the gate. She taps Let in, and the tablet shows it a second later.

  4. The renovation crew arrives

Maria asked for a work pass on Wednesday and the HOA president approved it from her phone. The foreman leaves one ID and gets pass 04.

  5. The internet goes down

The gate doesn't stop. Passes are already on the tablet, entries are saved there, and everything uploads once the connection is back.

  6. The board reads the week

The admin searches by name, home or pass number, and downloads the log as a PDF or a spreadsheet for the next meeting.

Who it's for

Three apps, one gate

Each person sees only what their job needs. A guard's screen has big buttons. A resident's has their own home. The board gets the full record.

Made for here

Built around how our gates already work

We started from the guardhouse, not from a template. These are the details that came out of watching real gates.

Leave an ID, get a pass

The ID-for-pass habit stays

Walk-ins still leave an ID and get a numbered visitor pass. GateNQ records the number, and the guard taps Pass returned when they leave.

Shopee, Lazada, J&T, LBC

Couriers on a round

Riders who deliver to many homes aren't asked for one house. They're logged as going around the subdivision, with a longer time allowed inside.

Brownouts and weak signal

Works offline at the gate

The tablet keeps checking passes and logging entries without a connection, and it catches up as soon as it can.

Signed passes

A screenshot can't be faked

Every QR code is signed. An edited, cancelled or expired pass is refused, even when the tablet is offline.

Your own address

Each subdivision is its own place

Residents and guards sign in at your subdivision's address. Your records are kept apart from every other subdivision's.

Questions

What HOA boards ask us

If yours isn't here, send it over. We answer every one.

Do residents have to download an app?

No. GateNQ opens in the phone's browser at your subdivision's address. Residents can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app and gets notifications.

What does the gate need?

One tablet with a camera, at each gate. An iPad or an Android tablet works. The guard signs in once and the tablet stays ready for every shift.

What if a resident doesn't answer?

Each request waits five minutes. If nobody answers, the guard lets the visitor in the usual way: they leave an ID and get a numbered visitor pass. It's on record as let in by the guard, not by the resident, and the household gets a note on their phone that someone was let in for them.

Who can see the entry log?

Only your HOA's admins. Residents see their own guests and deliveries, and guards see what they need at the gate. No other subdivision can see your records.

Can we try it before deciding?

Yes. The demo subdivision runs the same apps with sample homes, residents and a gate tablet. Ask us for a walkthrough and we'll set it up with you.
